Artist Statement hiventana@gmail.com
The range of emotions we face in life's dramas and nature's events beg to be captured in metal art. Life experiences which shape me personally, compel me to cut, form and weld metals into lively sculptures and reliefs. My Entropy series reacts to our society, our environment, and to cultural values put on trial. As I translate ideas into art forms, I aim to promote awareness, or plant seeds for reflection and change.
